N2 and H2 Two Channels Gas Mixing System
This system is a gas control and mixing device capable of regulating, acquiring, and processing real-time/cumulative gas flow data. It enables users to control, measure, mix, and output the flow of added gases.
The feed unit consists of two gas lines: nitrogen and hydrogen. Each line is equipped with a mass flow controller (MFC) for flow regulation and measurement. The gases are first reduced in pressure by a pressure-reducing valve and then passed through a filter. Each line is equipped with a gas filter to prevent particulate matter from entering the system, thereby avoiding damage or contamination to the instrumentation and materials. The mass flow controllers regulate and measure the gas flow and can be calibrated via software to support online switching between different gas media. Check valves are installed at the rear section of each gas line to prevent backflow and cross-contamination between the gases.
