Joule Heat Tube Furnace
The Joule Heat Tube Furnace is a second-level heating device with adjustable temperature rise. The transparent quartz cavity allows visual observation of the sample status. It can process various samples in multiple environments such as atmosphere, vacuum, and normal pressure. The samples to be processed include powdery, block, and sheet forms, enabling rapid heating reactions and synthesis. It is widely applied in various fields such as material science preparation, catalyst synthesis, high-temperature material preparation and synthesis, and energy storage material experiments in research institutes and laboratories. The device is equipped with manual current adjustment, multi-stage temperature rise, and long-term heat preservation functions. It can maintain heat preservation for 30 minutes at 500–1600℃ and 60 seconds at 1600–2400℃ (specifically determined by the sample and sample stage). The device features adjustable sample stage spacing for easy installation, precise temperature control, and high sample sintering efficiency and repeatability.
