Product introduction:

The device heats the sample stage (graphite) to achieve high temperature, and at the same time, the powder sample in the sample tank is pressed online by contact through a motor drive screw.

By combining rapid temperature rise (≥2000 ° C /min) and high pressure (≤10T) technology, the sintering time can be significantly reduced to ensure a stronger bond between powder particles, resulting in the preparation of materials with extremely high density.

The device heats the sample table to reach high temperature, and simultaneously presses the powder samples in the sample tank by the motor drive screw.
