three-zone open-type vacuum tube furnace employs a double-layer air-cooled structure, ensuring the furnace surface temperature remains ≤60°C. The chamber is constructed with high-purity alumina microcrystalline fiber formed through high-temperature vacuum adsorption molding.
Imported heating resistance wires are embedded to extend the furnace's service life. Designed for seamless integration with glove boxes, this equipment enables samples to be processed entirely within a relatively isolated anhydrous and oxygen-free environment.
The system is equipped with the mass flow controller (MFC) system and a partial vacuum system, allowing experimental processes to be conducted under controlled atmospheres. Featuring high scalability and repeatability, this furnace is specifically engineered for laboratories at universities, research institutes, and industrial enterprises requiring operations in isolated oxygen-free and water-free conditions.
