ACG-PCM-3 Plasma Cleaner
The PCM-3 plasma cleaner is a small-sized non-destructive surface modification and treatment device. Based on the energy conversion principle, it ionizes process gas into highly active plasma by electric energy under a specific vacuum negative pressure environment. The plasma gently bombards the surface of solid materials and alters the surface molecular structure, so as to realize molecular-level ultra-fine cleaning of organic contaminants on workpiece surfaces. Organic pollutants are rapidly decomposed and instantly extracted and discharged by the external vacuum pump. Under specific process conditions, the equipment can also precisely adjust the physical and chemical properties of material surfaces. Process gas is adopted as the treatment medium throughout the process with no solvent residue, effectively preventing secondary contamination. This equipment can significantly improve the surface adhesion, interfacial compatibility and surface wettability of materials, and is also capable of surface disinfection and sterilization. At present, plasma cleaning technology has been widely applied in optics, optoelectronics, electronics manufacturing, material science, life science, polymer materials, biomedicine, microfluidics and other advanced fields.

6. Multi-layer sample trays are allowable inside the chamber with graded height adjustment for flexible sample placement.
7. Built with comprehensive safety protection; the high-voltage power will be automatically cut off once the air pressure threshold is exceeded to ensure operational safety.
