ACG-PCM-7 Plasma Cleaner
The plasma cleaner is a small non-destructive surface treatment equipment. It adopts energy conversion technology to convert gas into highly reactive plasma by electric energy under a certain vacuum negative pressure state. The plasma gently bombards the surface of solid samples and changes their molecular structure, realizing molecular-level ultra-cleaning of organic contaminants on the sample surface. Organic pollutants are completely exhausted by the external vacuum pump in a very short time.
Under certain conditions, it can also modify the surface properties of samples. Using gas as the cleaning medium effectively avoids secondary contamination of the samples. The plasma cleaner can improve the adhesion, compatibility and wettability of material surfaces, and also achieve disinfection and sterilization.
Plasma cleaning technology is now widely applied in optics, optoelectronics, electronics, material science, life science, polymer materials, biomedicine, microfluidics and other fields.
