UV Ozone Cleaner UV750
The UV ozone cleaner is a surface cleaning device based on the synergistic effect of ultraviolet light and ozone. It is mainly used for the removal of organic contaminants and surface modification of inorganic substrates. It is widely applied in semiconductors, optoelectronics, industrial manufacturing and other fields, covering application scenarios such as LCD/OLED substrate pretreatment, wafer cleaning, and precision circuit board cleaning.
The core component of the equipment is a dual-wavelength (185 nm and 254 nm) low-pressure UV mercury lamp. The 185 nm UV light decomposes oxygen to generate ozone, while the 254 nm UV light excites ozone to produce reactive oxygen atoms. Organic substances are decomposed into volatile compounds such as CO₂ and H₂O through oxidation reactions.
Features
1. UV Photocleaning. Equipped with dual-wavelength UV lamps of 185 nm and 254 nm. From the top view, the direct irradiation area of the lamp fully covers the entire sample stage.Sample stage dimension: 735×520 mm.
2. Automatic Process. Built-in timing shutdown function with adjustable time range: 0–120 min. When the preset irradiation time is reached, the unit will shut down automatically and trigger a 5-second continuous buzzer reminder.
3. Electric Lifting. Adopts concealed lifting adjustment design with graduated height scale; the lifting status is displayed on the touch screen.
4. Air-Cooling Temperature Control. Real-time temperature is displayed on the screen; the built-in air cooling system provides continuous heat dissipation.
5. Safety Protection. UV lamps automatically turn off when the top cover is opened, minimizing ultraviolet radiation harm to operators.
6. Intelligent Control. Equipped with a touch screen for convenient human-machine interaction; controlled by PLC programming.
7. Irradiance Meter Interface. Reserved access port for irradiance meter probe placement.
8. Ozone Exhaust by Air Cooling. The air cooling device also serves to exhaust ozone out of the chamber.
9. Top Flip Cover Design. Top flip structure enables easy sample loading/unloading and convenient UV lamp replacement.
10. Uniform Illumination Structure. A mirror-finish stainless steel corrugated reflector is installed above the UV lamps; the sample tray is also made of mirror stainless steel material, ensuring uniform UV irradiation.
