Joule Heat Fixed Bed
Joule heat fixed bed reactor rapidly and controllably reaches the set reaction temperature by controlling the output pulse or stable/controllable direct current of the Joule heating power supply. Through the Joule effect of the catalyst bed or its conductive carrier itself, it is assisted by the multi-channel gas mixing device, liquid pumping vaporization device (optional) and preheating, heating and pressure increase conditions at the front end of this device. Meet the conditions required for the reaction. Compared with traditional heating methods, the Joule heat fixed bed can significantly accelerate the heating rate (>100'C/S), reduce the preparation time, improve the evaluation efficiency, and lower the operating cost. At the same time, the traditional electrically heated reactor can be retained for researchers to use as a reference for comparison or in series/coupled reactions.
This device can be optionally equipped with multi-component gas feed and liquid feed, and is suitable for various reaction modes such as gas phase, gas-solid two-phase or gas-liquid-solid three-phase. By installing a condenser + cold trap or hot trap/pipeline heating at the rear end of the reactor, it can achieve gas-liquid separation or gas-liquid-solid separation of the reaction tail gas materials or full-component analysis, lt can evaluate various reaction systems such as synthesis, cracking and reforming.
